I never knew that eating was the main part, I always thought it was mainly from supplements. I feel like an idiot but hey I'm learning and if you guys can give me more info it would help! Well this picture was taken July 2010 this is my seriousness got serious! :P..But anyways the left is one my good friends that got me into working out and thats me on the right. I think I was 185 LBS in this pic I'm sorry I forget things -.-
When I started..
Hmm I don't know how to start this but I'll tell you my story on how I started training. I don't have a pic of myself when I was beginner so I put this up. As you can see I was a skinny skater kid with a little belly. I got tired of being picked on and being little so I decided to put on some weight. So I started weight lifting during my late junior year 07? I would go with my friend everyday after school and workout for 30 minutes to an hour but I would just go fuck around and do bullshit. During senior year I got a little more into it and I would ditch school to go workout lol but late senior year 09 I got more serious into it found out how to do the proper excercises, what body part it does, and have a routines. So yeah that's basically my story and during time I'll probably add more if I think I forgot some details lol. But for now I'm going to put up pics of my progression!

My top motivation!
My motivation that keeps me going everyday. Even though we have our up and downs, she's still my everything and I love her with all my heart!
