When I started..

Hmm I don't know how to start this but I'll tell you my story on how I started training. I don't have a pic of myself when I was beginner so I put this up. As you can see I was a skinny skater kid with a little belly. I got tired of being picked on and being little so I decided to put on some weight. So I started weight lifting during my late junior year 07? I would go with my friend everyday after school and workout for 30 minutes to an hour but I would just go fuck around and do bullshit. During senior year I got a little more into it and I would ditch school to go workout lol but late senior year 09 I got more serious into it found out how to do the proper excercises, what body part it does, and have a routines. So yeah that's basically my story and during time I'll probably add more if I think I forgot some details lol. But for now I'm going to put up pics of my progression!
